IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE WHO CAN TELL ME WHY WHEN YOU ORDER LAPTOPS DIRECT FROM THE COMPANIES MAINLY HP, YOU RECIEVE NOTHING BUT DEFECTIVE COMPUTERS? REPLACEMENT AFTER REPLACEMENT UNTIL THEY GIVE UP YOU.!! YET PEOPLE PURCHASE LAPTOPS AT RETAIL STORES. LIKE BJ, STAPLES ETC. & HAVE FULLY OPERTIONAL LAPTOPS THAT LAST THEM FOR YEARS. THE CAPS IS ON FROM DEFECTIVE HP KEYBOARD, ALONG WITH ALL THE OTHER PROBLEMS THEY GAVE ME. HOPEFULLY SOMEONE HAS A REALLY GOOD ANSWER,
